Design Notes

The design process done on the Design Job NUPACK web-based with input consists of sequence, domains, strands, complexes, target structures, constraints, and additional settings. Domain settings consist of LIRA with a length of 179 sequences, miR21 with a length of 22 sequences, and miR92a with a length of 22 sequences as biomarkers. Strands settings consist of LIRA, miRNA-21, and miRNA-92a. Complexes and target structures settings consist of LIRA, LIRA-miR92a, and LIRA-miR21. Constraints settings consist of GC content limitation (0.2 to 0.6) and banned sequences following the rules of the illegal site on the iGEM standard part.
